Wednesday is the upcoming Netflix family fantasy event directed by the legendary Burton team. Netflix won the offer war for the show, defeating all of its competitors to get exclusive global distribution rights. The creator of the series is Al Gough and Miles Miles.
It was announced that MGM TV was a production studio behind Wednesday’s development, with Burton on board as an executive producer with his duties as director. Burton was accompanied by Jon Glickman, Andrew Mittman, and Gail Berman as a fellow producer in the original.

Hunter Doohan was thrown as Tyler Galang, a smart and sensitive young man who suffered from his dysfunctional relationship with his father, Sheriff in the city. Tyler is a human, and works part time in a local cafe, and aspires to leave the city forever when he graduated from high school.
Percy Hynes White has been thrown as Xavier Thorpe, a young man who comes from wealth and privileges to be fascinated by Willa.
Joy Sunday has been thrown as Bianca Barclay, a siren that is seen as a school royalty, and his attitude shows it. Bianca constantly contradicts Willa but under its scale exterior is a woman whose lives are far from easy.
