The new Australian child production co-production has set the Netflix global release date following the show after airing on ABC in Australia in early April. This is what you need to know about the new series, Maverix.
The series was first announced in July 2020 with Kidscreen said the new event would have Netflix “steering wheel to the world of youth motorcycles” and that new shows will target ages 8 to 12.
Maverix was filmed in 2021 for four months and received substantial government funds to get it from the ground to help highlight national entertainment throughout the world that can be achieved through the release of Netflix. Mostly filmed in the Australia Desert specifically at Alice Springs in the Region Nothernus Australia.
As stated above, this series has fallen in Australia by finding its way to the ABC IView platform on April 1. All 10 episodes are available there now but only for those in Australia.
Now this series will be touched on Netflix throughout the world (not including Australia) with the marverix season which will arrive on May 12, 2022. Interestingly, Netflix has chosen to use X in Maverix.
The Jane Harber star series (known for children), Charlotte Maggi (set to starred in Rebel Moon Netflix), Darcy Gunch (known for appearing in neighboring Staple Aussie), Rohan Nichol (shown in Star Wars: Episode III), Sebastian Tang (known for Barons) and Sam Winspear-Schillings (shown on Netflix’s The Inbestigators).
It’s just the latest children’s project coming out of Australia for Netflix. Another big addition to Netflix in the genre of children from Australia in the past has dived clubs that landed on September 2021, Motown Magic, and Mako Mermaids.
This series is considered TV-G which means suitable for all ages. In the UK, he has a PG rating. This will arrive at Netflix with a number of sub and dub options.
